Sequoia is a songwriter and musical performer with over 20 years experience.
She is also a graduate student in the Humanities,
specializing in Ethnomusicology and Environmental Philosophy.

Her (auto)ethnographic arts-based research focuses on how spiritual music intended for and created by means of ceremonial plant medicine practice can be utilized as a tool to help audiences and participating musicians self-identify with nature to the degree of affecting personal action.

She enjoys fruit, R&B music videos, and
spending time in nature with her loved ones.
